Maxi Fly Clutch

Maxi Fly Clutch was born from the experience accumulated by Malossi technicians on the adjustable automatic clutch Maxi Delta Clutch. This new clutch was designed and created in order to provide our customers with a product that is perfectly adaptable to a series vehicle, guaranteeing impeccable operation on all occasions.
Maxi Fly Clutch is supplied pre-calibrated according to the indications provided by our technicians after countless tests carried out on accelerometer benches to check all the details and reliability.
In creating Maxi Fly Clutch Malossi paid particular attention to the relative sizing and the choice of materials.
Therefore, the Maxi Fly Clutch represents a high-tech, highly reliable and long-lasting original replacement.

Maxi Wing Clutch Bell

The thermal anti-explosion clutch bells are equipped with a finned reinforcement ring for the dissipation of heat that mainly develops during starts from a standstill and when the vehicle accelerates from low speeds.
This is a technological innovation derived from research carried out in the field of scooter competitions.
Here is the principle on which it is based: the larger radiating surface significantly lowers the operating temperature of the bell, considerably increasing the life of the clutch assembly.
The clutch group is greatly stressed on city routes, when starting uphill and when exiting tight bends with two people on board. That's why, to protect your clutch, Malossi has developed the Maxi Wing Clutch Bell.
It should not be overlooked that the finned reinforcement ring is even an anti-explosion element, as it has been designed to withstand the high rotation speeds imposed by sporty driving, especially if the engine has been tuned, taking into account that the centrifugal force increases squared as the revs increase.
